From logo to delivered gift

Yes. Our design consultation and digital mockup are free with no obligation to order. You send us your logo and requirements, and our design consultant refines the artwork for the chosen product and decoration method, then returns a mockup showing exactly how the finished piece will look. You only pay when you move to sampling or production.

We include two rounds of revisions on the digital mockup as standard. Most projects are approved within that, but if you need more, we will always work with you to get the artwork right before charging anything extra. The goal is that you see exactly what you will receive — nothing moves to production until you approve the proof.

For the best result, send a vector file — AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. Vector artwork scales cleanly for engraving, stamping and printing. A high-resolution PNG (300 dpi or higher) also works for most decoration methods. If you only have a low-resolution image, tell us — our designer can often redraw it as clean vector linework.

We charge a small sample fee that is credited back against your bulk order. This covers the material, decoration and express shipping. The sample is important — it lets you feel the paper weight, check the engraving depth or confirm a color before committing to a full production run. We would rather you approve the real thing than a picture.

Yes. For screen printing, UV printing and embroidery we match your Pantone or CMYK reference. For processes like laser engraving and deboss, the color is determined by the material itself (the natural burn or pressed impression), so we guide you to the material finish that best complements your brand palette.
