Aurora Gifting produces custom corporate gifts and branded merchandise for companies and their marketing, HR and procurement teams. This notice explains what information we hold when you approach us for a quotation or place an order, and how we look after it.
What we collect
When you contact us through our forms, by email or on WhatsApp we receive the details you provide: your name, company, work email, phone number, the products and quantities you are considering and any brand assets (logos, colour references, artwork) you send for a quote. Our web analytics also records non-identifying usage data such as pages viewed and approximate region.
What we do with it
We use your details to prepare quotations, arrange samples, produce your order and provide after-sales support. We use aggregate analytics to see which products our corporate buyers look at and to improve the site. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing.
Who we share with
We do not sell or trade your data. Internally, only the staff who handle your enquiry or order see it. We use a limited set of providers to run the site and receive messages: Google Analytics (usage statistics) and FormSubmit (form delivery). For international shipments we share only what the freight forwarder or customs broker strictly needs.
Retention
We keep enquiry records for as long as there is a chance of working together again, and order and export records for as long as commercial and tax rules require.
Your choices
Email sales@auroragifting.com to update or remove your details or to ask us to stop contacting you. EU and UK contacts may have further rights of access, correction, portability and restriction; we will honour them under the applicable law.
Cookies
Our analytics tool (Google Analytics) sets cookies to distinguish visitors and measure the usefulness of our pages. We do not run advertising or retargeting cookies on this site.
